To access the EHIM Administrative Portal, enter your username and password. Your username is
your email address.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Lost Your Password' link
to reset your password. You will be required to enter in your user name to reset your
password. When your password is reset an email will be sent to the email address listed
under the account corresponding to the username that you entered. This email will
contain the newly reset password. Note: Upon your first login attempt after resetting your password
you will be required to change the system generated password to one of your own choosing. Generally speaking,
passwords should be a minimum of eight characters in length, include a mix of upper and lower case letters,
numbers and special characters. For added security, your password should not include persally identifiable
information that someone could easily guess or obtain.
As with all secured websites, EHIM Online requires that your browser support the latest encryption technology. This
is to ensure that all sensitive data, including your Procted Health Information, is protected. All modern
web-browsers support encryption. EHIM Online has been tuned for
Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.x and higher but will work for all other
major browsers, including Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Apple Safari.
